This is a 45 year old woman with children who wanted her breasts enlarged. She is 5’9” tall and weighs 145 lb. Her breasts were 13 cm wide and slightly asymmentric. She wanted to be a D cup and have the breast volumes equalized. She had a high profile 450 cc silicone implant placed on the left and a high profile 425 cc silicone implant placed on the right. Her breasts were symmetrical in size and shape after surgery.
