This is a 34 year old woman who has had multiple pregnancies and breast fed all her children. She is 5’1″ and weighs 105 lbs. and had a breast width of 13 cm. She is not interested in a breast lift. She wanted to look very natural. She was a B cup and wanted to be a full C cup. She underwent breast augmentation using shaped silicone implants under the muscle. These were round base 370 cc implants.
