This is a 32 year old woman who has not had children. She is 5’6” tall and weighs 105 lb. Her breasts were 13.5 cm wide. She was a B cup and wanted to be a full C cup. She had silicone round base 370 cc anatomic shaped implants placed on both sides under the muscles. Her preexisting asymmetry is improved, however the patient did not want a lift on the right side which would give her perfect symmetry.
