Fat Grafting to the Breasts
This is a 42 year old woman from Thousand Oaks who was interested in slightly fuller, firmer breasts. She did not want breast implants. 1000 cc of fat was liposuctioned from her abdomen, hips and thighs. 600 cc of pure fat was grafted into her breasts, 300 cc per side. She is shown six months after the procedure. She went from a B cup to a C cup after surgery.
