Augmentation with Fat Grafting
This is a healthy 23 year old woman from Beverly Hills who has never had children. She desired fuller, larger breasts but did not want to have a breast implant. She received fat grafting to both breasts, adding about 265 cc of fat to each side. She was able to increase one cup size without needing implants.
