Augmentation with Fat Grafting
This is a healthy 42 year old woman from Calabasas who has had four children and breast fed all of them. She desired fuller, larger breasts but did not want to have a breast implant. She received fat grafting to both breasts, adding about 275 cc of fat to each side.
