This is a 20 year old woman who has never been pregnant nor breastfed. She was concerned with preserving the ability to breastfeed in the future. She is 5’4” tall and weighs 115 lb. Her breasts were 11.5 cm wide. She was an A cup and wanted to be a small C cup. She had silicone round base 270 cc tear drop shaped implants placed on both sides under the muscles. Her breasts were symmetrical in size and shape after surgery.
